Since April 20, 2022, according to the Royal Decree, the use of the mask has ceased to be mandatory in closed spaces.
However, the hotel staff will continue to use the masks so that our clients feel in a safer space on their vacations. At the same time, we strongly recommend that when you are enjoying our Buffet Restaurant, please use the mask responsibly.
Our goal is to take care of our workers and clients and offer a comfortable and safe stay. For this reason, we inform you of the measures that continue to be in force:
- The restaurant menu will be by QR code.

Taking care of you is our greatest satisfaction. For this reason, at Q Hotels we continue to take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously, implementing additional measures to guarantee the safety of our guests and employees, applying the recommendations of the World Health Organization and health experts.
That's why we created Clean & Safe. A set of measures, approved by security experts, that we have implemented in all our hotels. All members of our teams have received specific instructions and cleaning and hygiene measures have been increased in all properties, with the aim of providing safe and clean environments for our guests and colleagues.
The health and safety measures at our hotels are designed to deal with a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include specific cleaning and disinfection protocols in confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19, availability of Personal Protective Equipment ( PPE) for cleaning staff, in addition to specific training for all employees; application of approved virucidal and disinfectant products, such as cleaning and disinfection procedures for rooms and common areas.
Q Hotels thus complies with the measures and guidelines drawn up by the ICTE and the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism in its hotels, villas and tourist apartments, thus guaranteeing the monitoring of disinfection and cleaning protocols, as well as the implementation of relevant security measures in its processes, people and facilities. For this reason, we inform you of the measures adopted and the services that are affected or disappear due to COVID.
