- The Torre del Oro : The Torre del Oro in Seville is a watchtower located on the left bank of the Guadalquivir River, in the city of Seville, Andalusia, Spain from 1221. Its height is 36 meters.

- Plaza de España : The Plaza de España is an architectural complex located in the María Luisa park in the city of Seville.

- Metropol Parasol : Metropol Parasol, also known as Setas de Sevilla, is a pergola-shaped structure made of wood and concrete located in the central Plaza de la Encarnación in the city of Seville, in the autonomous community of Andalusia (Spain).

- Seville Cathedral : The Holy, Metropolitan and Patriarchal Cathedral Church of Saint Mary of the See and the Assumption of Seville; better known as Seville Cathedral, it is a Gothic-style Catholic temple.

- Giralda : Giralda is the name given to the bell tower of the Cathedral of Santa María de la Sede in the city of Seville, in Andalusia (Spain). The lower part of the tower corresponds to the minaret of the old mosque of the city, from the end of the 12th century, in the Almohad period, while the upper part is a superimposed construction in the 16th century, in the Christian period, to house the bells.

The history of Seville begins during the Ancient Age with the emergence in the current center of Seville of a first population center with Phoenician merchants, with the name of Spal. This territory was part of Tartessos. Later, the region was invaded by the Carthaginians. In 206 B.C. C. the Romans conquered the area. Then the city was known as Híspalis.

During the Visigothic kingdom it housed the court with Teudis, Teudiselo and Atanagildo. In al-Andalus (Muslim Spain) Seville was first the seat of a chorale and then the capital of a taifa kingdom, which was incorporated into Christian Castile under Ferdinand III the Saint in 1248.

From then on, Seville was repopulated by Christians from the Spanish kingdoms (and also from other places in Europe). It was one of the cities with a vote in Cortes and hosted the itinerant Castilian court on numerous occasions.
